How we operate & what we offer

Property characteristics

• All apartments are independent. Entry is from outside (our garden) and via an outdoor shared staircase for the first floor. There is no lift.
• Direct access to each apartment, with no shared indoor common areas.
• At full capacity (100% occupancy) we host a maximum of 30 guests. Most bookings are from domestic tourism.
• Διαμπερή διαμερίσματα με φυσικό αερισμό. Η χρήση air condition γίνεται σπάνια χάρη στο κλίμα της περιοχής.
• Each apartment has its own air-conditioning unit, with filters cleaned regularly. There is no central air-conditioning system.
• Our common areas are all outdoors.
• Μεγάλοι εξωτερικοί κοινόχρηστοι χώροι με συχνό καθαρισμό, που συμβάλλουν στον μη συνωστισμό. Το φυσικό περιβάλλον μας ευαισθητοποιεί ως προς την προστασία του.
• Πρόσβαση στην παραλία με τα πόδια, χωρίς ανάγκη χρήσης αυτοκινήτου.

Check-in & check-out

• Check-out: by 11:00 am  |  Check-in: from 3:00 pm. The gap between them ensures thorough cleaning, disinfection and natural airing.
• Every apartment is disinfected with certified products and a steam cleaner across all surfaces.
• Disposable covers placed on TV and air-conditioning remotes.
• Disinfection of room keys.

Hygiene protocols

Ακολουθούμε επιμελώς τα πρωτόκολλα καθαρισμού, υγιεινής και απολύμανσης που πληρούν ή υπερβαίνουν τις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές του κλάδου:

• Regular hygiene training for our team.
• Hand sanitiser clearly available at the entrance. Ample supplies: soap, alcohol solution, tissues, masks, gloves and thermometers.
• Fast response for additional cleaning if needed.
• Non-guests are not allowed in the rooms.
