Breakfast is served in a fully equipped buffet from where the customer can choose among: filter coffee, decaffeinate, chocolate, tea in various flavours, warm fresh milk, kneaded bread, toast bread, butter, home-made jams made by season fruits, honey from the local producers, chocolate spread, cereals both plain and chocolate, mousli, freshly picked eggs in a variety of choices – boiled, omellette,assortment of delicacies, such us, traditional Greek ntakos(rusk with olive oil, feta cheese, tomato, origanum, garlic, vinegar, olives), home-made pies such as cheese pie, turkey, ham, edam, emmental, traditional Greek feta cheese, made by ovine milk, yoghurt, tomatoes from our garden, olives from our field, assortment of home-made sweets such as cake, and traditional dessert spoon sweets, various cookies, season fresh fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice throughout the year.
